Return of the Post – Presented by Clogs!
Sheesh. I’ve been so wrapped up in celebrating the election and Veteran’s Day that I really haven’t given much time to blogging. Well, that’s not entirely true, I’m also a music publicist and I just launched a record label – Chocolate Lab Records – and our debut release is by Andy Yorke of Unbelievable Truth fame! Which is to say, a very cool first release by anyone’s standards. Unbelievable Truth was on Virgin Records in the late ’90s and sold quite a few records. This is Andy’s first solo album and I’m not going to review it here, but I am very excited about it and I’ll post an MP3 below. It comes out on CD Nov 18 and is on sale at Amazon and iTunes now.

The title says this post is presented by Clogs. But only unofficially. Clogs is the classical music-infused avante garde rock band featuring Bryce Dessner and Padma Newsome (The National). They’re not for the faint of heart or for the heart of the Faint, but they’re stunning.

Very cool! I found Andy’s album earlier this year. I liked several of his songs. I really like Ode To a Friend.
